SUMMER READINESS PROGRAM

ABOUT

When summer hits all athletes know what they "should" be doing. The trouble sometimes is either knowing exactly how to train or simply just not being motivated enough to stay on track.

With the support of our coaches the goal is to take those summer packets to the next level. With convenient group trainings twice per week athletes getting ready for ANY sport can have the guidance and accountability coach they need over the summer. Setting goals from the beginning that will be both attainable and help their overall goals going into the upcoming season.

This 6-week program will be both challenging and fun! Geared for athletes 13 and older, a variety of exercises and experiences will be used to push everyone. Do not hesitate to sign up for this program as it will be formatted to fit each individual while also creating a motivational support system for everyone to succeed in.

Discounts apply by signing up for the full 6-week program but individual drop-in's are available as well.

 

WHO CAN ATTEND

All athletes (both boys and girls) participating in ANY sport ages 13+

12 hours prior to session
First attendance must be registered and paid through registration process. All other drop-in's during that season can be paid through PayPal or Venmo.

WHAT TO BRING

ALL participants should bring:

  • Sneakers
  • Playing Cleats/Shoes
  • Plenty of Water
  • Athletic Shirt & Shorts
  • Any other proper training attire desired

WHAT TO EXPECT

All participants can expect a 1 FULL HOUR of intense and guided training that is well prepared and presented in a professional atmosphere.

Participants who register for the full program can expect a program that takes both their specific sport into consideration and their full development as an athlete.

Participants who register for the full program will be contacted within 48 hours of registration to determine the time slots they'd like to attend throughout the session.

Drop-in Participants can expect all of the perks the Full Program participants experience with the exception of the preparation and follow up. Full program registration allows our trainers to develop both a plan and relationship that will help and prepare our participants on a much higher level.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Due to the nature of weather and how unpredictable it can be, this program will aim  to make sure that paid sessions are made up if canceled due to weather. In the event that a session can not be made up or the athlete can not attend the scheduled make up date, Top Flight Sports will not issue any type of refund.
